1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Verify Together website and the Verify Together digital family course sold by Levan Gigoidze ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using the course, you agree to these Terms and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
2. What you are buying
Verify Together is a self-paced digital educational product. The current edition includes nine PDF resources plus an offline Practice Lab. The materials include the core course, family workbook, practice scenarios, quick-reference cards, visual companion, advanced playbooks, response and conversation kit, wallet and household cards, and a 30-day implementation plan.
The purchase is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription, unless a different offer is expressly shown before checkout. No physical products are delivered.
3. Pricing and checkout
The price displayed on the product page is the price for the digital product before any taxes that may be calculated at checkout. Any applicable taxes, currency conversion, or payment-method information is shown during checkout before you submit payment.
Payment information is entered into Paddle's checkout. We do not receive your full payment-card number from Paddle.
4. Digital delivery
After a successful payment, access to the purchased digital files is provided electronically through the purchase confirmation, receipt, customer account, or other delivery method shown at checkout. If you cannot access the files, contact course support using the details below.
5. Personal-use license
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own household's personal educational use. You may print reasonable copies for your household. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, upload, distribute, share publicly, or make the files available as a competing product or resource library without written permission.
6. Educational scope and limitations
The course is designed to help families practice safer verification habits and conversations. It does not monitor calls or accounts, detect scams, guarantee prevention, recover money, provide insurance coverage, or replace professional advice. It is not personalized legal, financial, cybersecurity, banking, tax, or emergency advice.
Scam methods, device settings, laws, and official reporting procedures can change. The course may link to third-party or government resources for current information. Those third parties control their own content and services.
7. Safe use of worksheets
Do not enter passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card numbers, full bank-account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other secrets into the course worksheets. Completed worksheets are intended to remain with you and your household.
8. Refunds and statutory rights
Refunds, withdrawal rights, and transaction support for purchases processed by Paddle are handled under our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable buyer terms and refund policy, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Availability and updates
We may improve, correct, or update the course and website from time to time. We do not promise that every future edition or new product will be included with a past purchase unless that is expressly stated in the offer.
10. Intellectual property
The course text, layouts, worksheets, graphics, branding, and original training materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, and linked resources remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the course is provided for general educational use and without a promise that it will prevent a scam, financial loss, account compromise, or other harm. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the product, payment process, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its revision date.
