3. Payment information and Paddle
When checkout is processed through Paddle, Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, receipt, and transaction-support information under its own terms and privacy notice. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number from Paddle.
You can review Paddle's current privacy information at Paddle Privacy.
4. How we use information
We may use personal information to fulfill orders, provide downloads, maintain customer accounts, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, keep the site secure, administer genuine buyer reviews, comply with legal or accounting obligations, and improve the operation of the product and website.
5. Course worksheets stay with you
The fillable PDFs and household worksheets are intended to be completed and stored locally by you. Do not send us completed worksheets, passwords, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, full account numbers, or other secrets. The offline Practice Lab is designed to work without uploading your answers to this website.
6. Cookies
The site uses functional cookies and similar technologies needed for WordPress, WooCommerce, account sessions, cart behavior, security, and checkout. Paddle may use its own technologies when you interact with Paddle checkout. Any non-essential analytics or advertising technologies used on the site are subject to the consent and disclosure requirements that apply to them.
7. Service providers and sharing
Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the website, host files, send transactional email, provide customer support, secure the service, comply with law, or process transactions. Paddle independently processes transaction data as Merchant of Record. We do not sell course-customer personal information as a business model.
8. Data retention
We retain order, account, support, and security information for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal, tax, accounting, or legitimate business requirements. Different categories of information may have different retention periods.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small digital-product store. No online service can promise absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your own account credentials and devices.

The store and purchase process are intended for adults. We do not knowingly ask children to purchase the course or submit payment information.
12. International processing
Website, hosting, email, and payment providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, those providers are responsible for the safeguards applicable to their processing.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy if the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here with its revision date.
