1. Payment and refund processor
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for purchases processed through Paddle. Refund, withdrawal, cancellation, receipt, and transaction-support requests are handled through Paddle's buyer-support channels and the options available in your Paddle receipt or customer portal.
2. General refund position
Unless applicable law or Paddle's current refund policy gives you a right to a refund or withdrawal, digital purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery. Paddle may also issue refunds on a discretionary basis under its policies. Nothing on this page limits mandatory rights relating to products that are not as described, faulty, inaccessible, or otherwise protected by applicable consumer law.
3. If the files do not work or are not as described
If you cannot access the digital files, receive an incomplete download, or believe the product is materially different from the description shown before purchase, contact us promptly. We will try to resolve access or delivery problems and, where appropriate, coordinate with Paddle.
4. How to request a refund
- Use the support or transaction-management link in your Paddle receipt, or visit Paddle.net.
- Choose the available refund or withdrawal option for the transaction.
- You may also contact our course support with your order number and purchase email so we can help investigate product-access issues. Do not send card details, passwords, or private family worksheets.
5. Access after a refund
If a transaction is refunded, access to the refunded digital product may be revoked or discontinued as permitted by Paddle's policies and applicable law.
6. Refund abuse
Refunds may be refused where Paddle or the applicable seller process identifies fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.
7. One-time product
The current Verify Together Family Kit is sold as a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. If we introduce a subscription in the future, its renewal and cancellation terms will be shown separately before purchase.
8. Current Paddle policies
